Our internships develop your leadership, project management and entrepreneurial skills while you contribute to real programmes. These are unpaid voluntary roles, but every intern receives free training, a reference letter, supervised work on our management portal and a 40% discount on Young African Leaders Summit fees on successful completion.

Social Media Executive

Remote · 4 to 6 hrs/week

Manage an allocated channel, develop engaging content, schedule posts, grow the audience and respond to enquiries across our platforms.

Ghana · leadership role

Lead the Ghana chapter: build partnerships, develop fundraising initiatives, grow membership and deliver YGLN's key initiatives on the ground.

President, YGLN Women Association Connect

Ghana · leadership role

Bring women members together, recruit aspiring women leaders, organise networking events, coordinate projects and champion mentorship.
