These terms apply to anyone using yglnetwork.com and members.yglnetwork.com. By using either site you accept them. Membership itself is covered by our Terms and Conditions, and how we use personal information by our Privacy Policy.
Who runs these sites
Both sites are run by The Young Global Leaders Network LBG, a company limited by guarantee registered in Ghana. You can contact us at membership@yglnetwork.com.
Using the sites
You may use the sites to learn about our work, apply for our programmes and, if you are a member, use the portal. You must not:
- try to get into parts of the sites or accounts you are not entitled to, or interfere with how the sites work;
- send anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or that belongs to someone else, or send automated or bulk submissions;
- copy large parts of the sites, or collect information about members or visitors, by automated means;
- pretend to be someone else, or apply on someone’s behalf without their knowledge.
Our content and brand
The text, photographs, graphics and design of the sites, and the YGLN name and logos, belong to us or to the people who gave us permission to use them. You may share links and quote short passages with credit to YGLN. Any other use, including use of our logos, needs our written permission.
What you send us
When you submit a form, you confirm the information is true and that you are entitled to send it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any duty to you.
Links to other sites
The sites link to scholarships, jobs, events and other organisations. We list them in good faith, but we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or how they use your information. Check details with the organisation concerned before you apply or pay for anything.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep information correct and current, but opportunities, dates and fees change. Information on the sites is general and is not professional, legal or financial advice. We may change, pause or withdraw any part of the sites without notice, and we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors.
Our responsibility
We are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the sites, or from relying on information on them, except where the law does not allow us to limit our responsibility.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. They are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana deal with any dispute.
